Ziff Properties Acquires Retail Property

COLUMBIA, SC – Ziff Properties, Inc. announced the acquisition of Decker Village, a 57,771 square foot Food Lion-anchored center located at 2300 Decker Boulevard in Columbia, South Carolina for $2.6 million.  John Cooper of Forest Land Company facilitated the transaction.
