Five Points to Continue with Wine Down Wednesdays

COLUMBIA, SC – The Five Points Association is extending an invitation for patrons to join them in Five Points for some great shopping specials and complimentary refreshments – and this time, not just in June and July.  Wine Down Wednesday was originally created in an effort to help boost slow summer sales, attract a whole new demographic to the village and make Five Points the place to be for great shopping and dining opportunities.  What was initially only planned for June and July will be continuing into the fall as Five Points merchants saw a tremendous turnout of patrons visiting Columbia’s original village neighborhood.

The detailed list of offerings that patrons can look forward to taking advantage of are:

Participating Retailers:

• 2G’s Clothing – Save up to an additional 70% off summer merchandise and an additional 20% off all Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters furniture & bedding. Complimentary wine and appetizers.
• Blue Tile – “Video Days” featuring new weekly videos starting at 7 pm
• Bohemian – 25% off store wide and complimentary red and white wine
• Copper Penny – 15% off store wide and complimentary white wine
• Good For the Sole Shoes – 10% off sales for that entire day will be donated to Pet’s Inc.   Complimentary wine from The Gourmet Shop, bone shaped cookies, and dog treats for your pooch will be provided!
• Julia Neal Fashions – Cotton Game day dresses $29.00, all other Game day dresses $23.95
• Loose Lucy’s – $5 off any purchase of $30 or more on regular-priced clothing (does not include sale items) and complimentary white wine.
• Office Depot – $10 off purchase of $50 or more on office supplies, furniture and more
• Revente – Complimentary wine
• Sid & Nancy – Complimentary soft drinks and wine
