COLUMBIA, SC ­– August 5, 2013 – Patricia Pangrass is introduced as new Broker-In-Charge at downtown branch of ERA Wilder Realty. Patricia has worked in the real estate industry for fifteen years and comes to ERA Wilder Realty with a strong background in new home sales and management.

Company President Eddie Wilder says, “I am thrilled to have Patricia join our team. She is a distinguished professional and I am confident in her abilities to lead our downtown branch.” 

Patricia has won multiple Regal Awards for outstanding performance as well as Sales Person of the Year. She has also been recognized for her outstanding customer service by winning company supported awards based on JD Power surveys. Beyond these awards, Patricia is proud to have opened her own business that help companies increase sales through a proven technique of analysis and implementation.

She believes all of her successes have come from building solid, long-term relationships. She says, “I care about people and helping them realize their dreams whether it is home ownership or taking their business to the next level.”

During her free time, Patricia enjoys spending time with her family, including her Maltese, Lola, who attends all family functions. She also likes to be outdoors, whether it be hiking in the mountains or viewing waterfalls.
