ERA Wilder Realty Introduces Three New Agents
July 30, 2013NORTHEAST COLUMBIA, SC – July 30, 2013 – ERA Wilder Realty continues to grow, adding three agents to their Northeast Columbia office. Jim Doolin, Clayton Chancey and William Glover join the company in hopes of continuing to develop their professional skills and provide excellent service to their clients.
Arlington, Virginia native, Jim Doolin has been a licensed realtor since 1973. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and has witnessed Columbia evolve into the thriving metropolis it is today. Believing that preparedness is a key to success, Jim feels strongly about previewing all properties before they are shown. His goal is to get buyers into their next home as quickly as possible, stating, “When you allow me to serve you, there will be no wasted time. I am honored to have the opportunity to help.”
Clayton Chancey recently graduated from the University of South Carolina with degrees in real estate and business economics. He started with ERA Wilder as an intern in the Northeast office and says, “After all of the great experiences I’ve had with ERA Wilder, I knew this company would be the perfect fit for the beginning of my real estate career.” Originally from Aiken, Clayton takes full advantage of South Carolina’s great outdoor environment by hiking, boating, and mountain rappelling. His familiarity with the state is sure to help anyone looking to buy or sell property in South Carolina.
Originally from Conway, SC, William Glover graduated from Otis Brent School of Real Estate, in Myrtle Beach and Chip Brown’s School of Real Estate, in Columbia. Most recently, he has completed state mandated courses and has exceeded the current requirements for real estate licensing in Columbia. He emphasizes education because he feels knowledge and skill foster confidence and poise, and overall shapes attitudes. William says, “I embrace life’s journeys and sincerely welcome the opportunity to assist buyers and sellers with theirs. My responsibility and commitment ensures that clients will feel comfortable, informed, and relaxed during what can be an otherwise stressful time.”
