Inspired Communities Announces New Broker-in-Charge
March 15, 2010COLUMBIA, SC – March 15, 2010 – Inspired Communities is pleased to announce that Carol Douis has been named broker-in-charge and executive vice president of sales and marketing at Inspired Communities. Douis comes to Inspired Communities from Lake Carolina Properties where she remains president and broker-in-charge.

Carol’s knowledge of the housing industry, organizational development and sales strategy are exactly what we need for the continued growth of our team and for accomplishing our organizational goals.
Douis brings over 21 years of successful sales leadership and homebuilding experience to Inspired Communities. She is recognized as one of the region’s leading sales management professionals and brings a wealth of knowledge to her new position.

Douis has played a key role in the success of major organizations throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Lake Carolina Properties as president in July 2009, she was responsible for the growth and development of Centex Homes as the director of sales and marketing before becoming vice president of sales for John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods.
