CPN, a bi-monthly commercial real estate publication, partnered with Nielsen to conduct this survey. Every effort was made to obtain surveys from those companies most likely to qualify for inclusion. The findings released in the June/July 2009 issue, rank Coldwell Banker Commercial above numerous well known national brokerage firms.
