SpartX.com Releases the First Ever Networking Search Engine
July 28, 2009July 28, 2009 – SpartX.com, a website that provides people with 21st century networking tools namely a virtual business card and associated features, has launched the first ever combined job and event search engine called Xplore.
“It is a whole new kind of search engine. We are the only company out there combining a search for jobs with a search for events,” said SpartX Co-Founder and COO Steve Gonzalez.
Appropriate for the economic climate of today, Xplore allows people to find a job or event in their area. This increase the searcher’s chance of meeting the right person who can provide them with employment or help grow their career. It also enhances what the SpartX already offers by way of networking tools.
“We have the tools but our members needed a place and means in which to use them. Now, with Xplore they can do just that; explore the world around them” explained Co-Founder and CEO Cutter Mitchell of the motivation behind developing the search engine.
What SpartX has really created is a search engine for networking.
For example, if a searcher happens to find a job they like, then notice John Smith is the hiring person for the company, the searcher can then look up an event in the area that Smith is likely to attend. All that is left is to attend the event and connect with Smith, digitally follow up with a SpartX Virtual Business Card, and continue that relationship. When it comes time to apply for that job the search can just call up Smith directly instead of just emailing a resume to a no name person.
It goes well beyond the job search. People are accessible in a way like never before. Meeting someone online, then attending the same event they are is the first step in building up a contract base.
“SpartX has made the networking experience that easy. With a society that has everything online it really isn’t hard to find out an event anyone will be attending,” noted Gonzalez.
In addition to the new search engine, SpartX offers a fully clickable dynamic virtual business card that can be virtual exchanged, in a similar manner to a tangible business card, either by email or by being left on a website. SpartX users are also to manage the virtual business cards they receive with the SpartX Card Slider, which is scrollable and alphabetically organizes the cards.
“The SpartX Search Engine is another great tool in a person’s networking arsenal they need to use if they want to be successful,” said Mitchell.
