Terry Padalino New Broker-in-Charge at Keller Williams Realty

COLUMBIA, SC – June 11, 2009— Terry Padalino, award-winning Realtor and licensed Broker at Keller Williams Realty, the 3rd largest real estate franchise in the United States and Canada, has been named Broker-in-Charge and Team Leader of the Columbia office located at 4400 St. Andrews Rd.  Sherrie Puffer, Operating Principal of the Columbia Keller Williams announced the promotion this week.

Padalino, a Columbia resident since 1989, and former Executive with the Bi-Lo grocery chain started his career in the grocery business as a bag boy, was promoted to top management and supervised over 20 grocery stores and approximately 2,000 associates before changing his career path and becoming a successful realtor and multi-million dollar producer in a real estate team with his wife Janet.  Early in his career, his mentor, Gary Keller, founder of Keller Williams Realty and author of “The Millionaire Real Estate Agent”  taught him the value of being the best YOU can be. Padalino has never settled for anything less than striving to be the best. 

In his new role, he will focus on recruitment and training.  According to Padalino, “Keller Williams Realty through profit sharing, phenomenal coaching, training, and our technology offerings, is attracting the best and the brightest agents in the market.” Keller Williams is also launching affordable health insurance which has been unavailable to independent contractors in the past.
