Inspired Communitiessm Shows Appreciation for Columbia Heroes

May 13, 2009

COLUMBIA, SC – May 13, 2009  – Inspired Communities announced a new program to honor the public service heroes looking to purchase a new home in the Columbia area.  We feel that they work hard every day to make our lives better and Inspired Communitiessm wants to show appreciation for their efforts.
Inspired Communitiessm is offering $2,500 off the price of a brand new home in any of our 8 communities around Columbia to anyone who is Active Duty or Retired Military, a Health Care Professional, an Education Professional, or who works in the Law Enforcement or Fire Safety Department. Those eligible are encouraged to visit one of our decorated model homes to learn more about the Inspired way of living.

Tim Bunch, a recent purchaser at Saluda Springs, had this to say about the Hometown Heroes program: “From the minute I drove down the street of Saluda Springs, I thought, This feels like home — a great location, only minutes from work, lots of conveniences nearby, quiet, well-landscaped, and in my price range…and then to find out I could get $2500 off the base price…just because I was a teacher! I was sold! Thanks to the Hometown Heroes Program for offering a break to those of us in service professions.”

It’s our way of giving back to those who give so much of themselves – THANK YOU for all that you do!  For more information, please visit: http://www.inspiredcommunities.com/.
