C&C Builders, located in Columbia, is owned by longtime builder Cecil Brazell, who has more than 40 years experience building in the Midlands. Brazell is directly involved in each and every home his company builds. He often makes on-site visits to personally oversee the construction process.

C&C Builders is currently the exclusive Patio home builder at Westcott Ridge. Homebuyers can select from five floor plans, including the Aberdeen, Stephenson, Belle Haven, Kayla and the Appleton. The all-brick models, starting in the $170s, range from 1,500 to 2,000 square feet and feature 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and finished bonus rooms over the garages.
