CHARLESTON, SC – January 26, 2009 – The Beach Company is proud to announce its 2008 Commercial Broker of the Year, Jason Murbarger, and 2008 Residential Broker of the Year, Mary Ziegler. The award recognizes the top producer within each division and exemplifies their hard work and dedication.
Jason Murbarger has been with Beach Commercial for the past six years, specializing in retail and office space and land transactions. Murbarger heads the team that represents The Beach Company’s retail assets, and he focuses on working with professional firms and investors in the Charleston Central Business District.

Mary Ziegler joined Beach Residential in 2004 and carries nineteen years of experience in the real estate sales industry. While Ziegler is well versed in all facets of general brokerage, her primary area of expertise is in property sales on South Carolina’s coastal islands, where her clients seek second homes, rental investments, home sites and vacation properties.
