Colliers Keenan Expands Presence in Charleston

Charleston, SC – Colliers Keenan, a full-service commercial real estate firm that has operated in Charleston for over 18 years, has experienced significant growth during the first half of 2007. Under the leadership of Peter Fennelly and Hagood Morrison, the staff has grown to fifteen, including thirteen licensed professionals. Colliers Keenan represents buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in all facets of commercial real estate, including the sales and leasing of office, industrial, retail, medical, land and investment properties.
According to Fennelly, Vice President and Director of Office Brokerage, “The recent growth of our staff is a reflection of the vitality of the Charleston area. Morrison and Fennelly are two of only nine brokers in the entire Charleston market to have been certified with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation for their expertise in the industry. Morrison also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and Fennelly has earned the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation.
In addition to the experienced staff of Erin England, Mark Mattison, Tim Mallard, and Simons Johnson, the new agents include Amanda Kitchen, Billy Ellison, Danny Pellegrino and Daniel O’Harra.
