Nelson Mullins elects 7 S.C. attorneys to the partnership
December 20, 2018The partners of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP have elected six South Carolina attorneys to the partnership effective Jan. 1, 2019.
The new Charleston, South Carolina partner is:
•Andrew M. Connor, who joined the Firm in 2011, is a former associate and practices in general litigation including commercial disputes, product liability, warranty issues, and premises liability.
The new Columbia, South Carolina partners are:
•Rachel Atkin Hedley, who joined the Firm in 1999, is a former of counsel and practices in general commercial and business litigation.
•Adam Hegler, who joined the Firm in 2012, is a former associate and practices pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, products liability, and business litigation.
•Courtney E. Walsh, who joined the Firm in 2017, is a former associate and practices complex business and commercial litigation.
The new Greenville, South Carolina partner is:
•Lindsay L. Builder, who joined the Firm in 2014, is a former associate and practices in professional liability defense, construction litigation, commercial litigation, and products liability.
•Daniel C. Lumm, who joined the Firm in 2013, is a former associate and practices corporate law, contracts, technology law, and Internet and privacy law.
The new Myrtle Beach, South Carolina partner is:
•Paula Tecklenburg Watford, who joined the Firm in 2012, is a former associate and practices corporate, tax, and healthcare law.
