Floyd Lee Locums’ CEO named one of SIA’s Top 100 Women in Staffing

The Top 100 Women on the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) list has been released—and Floyd Lee Locums’ CEO, Natasha Lee, takes one of the coveted spots. A locums veteran with decades of experience, Lee upholds a traditional of excellence, helping to transform the staffing model through concierge service for clinicians and facilities.
“When I partnered with Natasha to found Floyd Lee Locums, it wasn’t just for her commitment to serving locums professionals,” said Founder and Chairman of the Board, Matt Floyd. “It was also for her never-ending dedication to serving the greater good, in whatever way she could, as much as she could. That’s why I believe she joined this admirable group of leaders.
As the CEO of Floyd Lee Locums, Lee has evolved the organization’s capabilities to serve healthcare facilities coast-to-coast, as well as grown the year-over-year (YOY) revenue 300%. She also developed internal programs, such as Operation: Career Freedom, which helps service members and their family find healthcare positions—and We Serve, a corporate giving and volunteerism program.

With over 20 years in the locums industry, Lee has mastered the skills of developing deep network relationships, growing service lines and tapping new talent. This recognition is a feather in her cap as she continues putting providers and facilities on a path to achieving their goals.
