Lee and Associates Charleston’s Will Sherrod, CCIM, represented the landlord, EC Lofts, LLCS, in the lease of 601 Meeting Street, Suite 190. The 3,411 SF space was leased to Iron Tribe Fitness.

This will be Charleston’s 2^nd Iron Tribe Fitness location and the 1^st downtown Charleston location. Iron Tribe Fitness will be joining Nails So Dep and Greens & Grounds Coffee at 601 Meeting Street Lofts,  which is a 264-unit apartment project with approximately 16,000 SF of street front retail space along Huger and Meeting Streets.
