  • Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Thomas Beard represented Consolidated Pipe and Supply Company in the lease of 12,800 square feet of industrial space at 7100 Design Street in North Charleston from Design Street Properties, LLC.

Columbia, SC

  • Allen Wilkerson represented AgFirst Farm Credit Bank in the lease of office space at 1901 Main to the Federal Court of Appeals.
  • Mary Winter Teaster represented Tim and Sarah Jur in the lease of office space at 1022 State Street in Cayce to Marty Van Sant dba Van Sant and Associates.
  • Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Thomas Beard represented Foster North Company, LLC in the sale of the 57,000-square-foot industrial property at 3168 Charleston Highway in West Columbia to 3168 Hwy, LLC.

Greenville, SC

  • Lyn Tyner represented Stockbridge Investments, LLC in the purchase of a 7,917-square-foot retail space at 1665 E. Main Street in Duncan from ROIF Highway 290 West, LLC.
  • Richard Jackson represented Schneider Electric in the lease of industrial space at 250 Neely Ferry Road in Simpsonville from Collins Brothers, LLC.
  • Garrett Scott, SIOR, Richard Barrett, MCR, Brockton Hall and Brannan Hudson represented Peter E. Weisman/Kinney Hill Associates L.P. in the lease of 26,000 square feet of industrial space at 107 Corporate Center Drive at Corporate Center in Spartanburg.
  • Scott Burgess and Lance Byars represented 656 Main Street Partners LLC in the lease of retail space at 656 S. Main Street to The Flying Biscuit.
