Four new agents begin launch training at Carolina One

Carolina One Real Estate welcomed 4 new Sales Associates in 4 of the Company’s 13 Lowcountry offices. Ann Burkhart, Kimberlee Clark, Lauren Pejeau and Shanayra Ulmer are currently enrolled in Carolina One’s new Launch Program that prepares them for a successful career in real estate.
Ann Burkhart is a native of Greenville who has resided in Charleston for the past 14 years. A graduate of Greenville Technical College with an Associate’s degree in Health Science, Ms. Burkhart was employed as a Dental Hygienist in Florence, SC for 14 years. A Realtor since 2016, Ms. Burkhart will be joining Carolina One’s newest cane Bay/Nexton office in Summerville. The previous owner of a Home Staging Company, Ms. Burkhart says she is qualified to offer complimentary staging with all her listings. A resident of Summerville, Ms. Burkhart is married, and she and husband Ron Burkhart have 3 children. In her free time Ms. Burkhart enjoys tennis, gardening and “beach time. Born in North Charleston, Kimberlee Clark has recently returned to the Lowcountry after a 23-year absence. A graduate of Charleston Southern University with a degree in Psychology, Ms. Clark worked in Customer Service for the GEICO Insurance Company and as a Job Trainer with Goodwill Industries. Additionally, Ms. Clark provided direct support for adults with special needs for multiple social service organizations. The newest addition to Carolina One’s Mt. Pleasant Coleman Blvd. office, Lauren Pejeau will be joining with her Realtor® sister, Ashley Magrath to form the Magrath Pejeau Team at Carolina One. A graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Graphic Communications, Ms. Pejeau has enjoyed a sales career since 2012, working for the Tryst Showroom in Atlanta, a multi-line women’s clothing showroom and for Belk Corporate in Charlotte as a Divisional Assistant for 2 different women’s divisions there. After moving back to Charleston in 2016, Ms. Pejeau worked for the Trunk Club, a personal styling company owned by Nordstrom. Born and raised in Mt. Pleasant, Lauren married Teddy Pejeau in July 2018 and she enjoys shopping, yoga and spending time on the water. You may reach her [email protected].
Shanayra Ulmer is a native of Charleston and the newest agent to join the downtown Broad Street office of Carolina One Real Estate. Ms. Ulmer is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), having completed the PATCH Career Institute Program and earning certification by the State of South Carolina as a CNA. Ms. Ulmer was previously employed as a Patient Care Technician and a CNA for 6-1/2 years at Roper St. Francis Hospital.
