Garvin Design Group welcomes Todd Daugherty

Garvin Design Group announced the recent hire of Todd Daugherty, Associate AIA. Todd is a recent transplant to Columbia from San Diego, California, where he completed his Architecture studies and had been designing residential and high-end commercial projects.

Todd’s interest in design and the built environment inspired him to pursue studies in architecture after a full career in bio-medical sales. His passion for architecture led him to pursue a degree at the New School of Architecture + Design in San Diego – he earned his Bachelor of Architecture in June 2015. Todd’s experience designing buildings predates his 2015 graduation: he has been designing commercial and residential spaces since 2010. Beyond the studio, Todd enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife Linh and their young son Harrison. Todd is an AIA Greater Columbia SC Board Member. He joins the Garvin Design Group team as its 18th member.
