Charleston native brings experience to William Means Real Estate Team

February 13, 2018

Charleston native Grace Perry Daughtridge has joined the team of agents at William Means Real Estate, one of the oldest real estate companies in Charleston and an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate.

Watching Charleston’s growth over the years piqued Daughtridge’s interest in real estate. A graduate of Wofford College, Daughtridge began her career in property management in 2011, learning the importance of working with all parties to have a beneficial and smooth real estate transaction.

A self-described “people person,” Daughtridge works to create a strong, personal connection with her clients, allowing her to fully understand what they need in a new home.

She also draws on her interest in art history to highlight Charleston’s architecture and style. “I love the aesthetic appeal Charleston naturally provides,” Daughtridge said. “This can be from older architecture of functionality to the ornate details of moldings and decorative fireplaces that lay behind the front door. Charleston homes provide not only history but some quirky yet wonderful charm that many have come to love.”

Daughtridge is a member of the National Society of the Colonial Dames, Charleston Library Society, a member of Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian, and is past president of the Young Alumni Association for Porter-Gaud.
