Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have represented Royal Z Lanes, Inc. in the sale of their manufacturing facility located at 6424 East US Highway 76 in Mullins, South Carolina.
DMA Substantia, LLC purchased the 294,243 square foot industrial property located on 30.35 acres for an undisclosed amount as their Southern distribution hub.
Mark Erickson and Matthew Pickard of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
