Charleston native joins William Means Real Estate team

December 19, 2017

Charleston native Beverly Burris has joined the team of agents at William Means Real Estate, one of the oldest real estate companies in Charleston and an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate.

Growing up in the Lowcountry, Burris developed an appreciation for the beautiful homes here and knew she wanted to work in the real estate business. After graduating from Porter-Gaud School and Clemson University, Burris moved to Manhattan to pursue a career in real estate. There she gained valuable experience navigating one of the most competitive markets in the country. Her additional background in interior design and public relations enables her to recognize a property’s potential and work creatively to achieve her clients’ needs.

Charleston’s charm eventually drew Burris back home. She lives in the Wagener Terrace neighborhood on Charleston’s upper peninsula and enjoys traveling, yoga, art, concerts and spending time with her friends, family and dog.

“I’ve wanted to be in real estate for as long as I can remember, and I genuinely love what I do,” she said. “I’m also a bit of a perfectionist and hold myself to extremely high standards, so I’m committed to providing my clients with nothing but the best service.”
