BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina to consolidate Charleston offices

Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler senior broker Chip Olsen and associate Alex Irwin recently represented BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina in the lease transaction of 19,055 square feet in Faber Plaza at 4400 Leeds Avenue in North Charleston, S.C. The Class A, first generation space is owned by Durlach Associates. BlueCross BlueShield is consolidating its Charleston offices by combining its former West Ashley operation at 1180 Sam Rittenberg Blvd. with its downtown subsidiary at 40 Calhoun St., Thomas Cooper Company.
