Avison Young commercial real estate is pleased to announce that Leslie M. Fellabom and Chris Fraser, CCIM represented Jessen Lane Holdings, LLC in the purchase of a 6,000 sf office showroom building located at 495 Jessen Lane in Charleston, South Carolina, from TW Investments, LLC for $1,092,000. Dexter Rumsey of NAI Avant represented the Seller.
