Beach, Ferrell & Harmon choose Carolina One

Keven Anderson Beach, Amanda Ferrell and Jayne Dean Harmon have recently been added to the team at Carolina One Real Estate. Beach will be joining Carolina One’s sales team at the West Ashley Orleans Road office while Ferrell and Harmon will become affiliated with Carolina One’s New Homes Group.
A recent transplant to Charleston, Keven Beach is a native of Asheville, NC and a graduate of the University of South Carolina. Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Beach was employed by the General Electric Company, Pure Power Technologies and Market Street Sweets.
Amanda Ferrell will be representing Carolina One New Homes at Carolina Park in North Mt. Pleasant selling new homes built by quality builder Saussy Burbank. Born in Salisbury, MD, Ferrell attended Valencia College in Orlando, FL and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Business Administration degree and a specialization in Real Estate Management. Ferrell’s employment experience includes working for CalAmerica Homes in Charleston since moving here in September 2015. In Florida, Ferrell was employed by Disney Vacation Club and Discount Realty of Central Florida.
Jayne Dean Harmon is the newest member of the Custom Homes Group, a division of Carolina One New Homes. Born in Columbus, IN, Harmon has lived in Charleston for the past 16 years. A graduate of Hanover College in Hanover, IN, Harmon has more than 30 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. The Custom Homes Group is a “one stop shop” for Carolina One New Homes’ builder clients by selling custom-level speculative homes, while working to capture custom built job opportunities.
