Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer sells Charleston Area Manufacturing Facility

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer participated in the sale of Jacobs Module Assembly and Pipe Fabrication site. The site is comprised of 360,000 sq.ft. of warehouse buildings and a 43,000 sq.ft. office building on 94 acres of deep water and rail served property located at 2040 Bushy Park Road in Goose Creek, SC.
Cooper River Partners, LLC purchased the property from Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc.
Ed Kercher of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, in conjunction with Eric Olofson of Cushman & Wakefield, handled the sale negotiations for Jacobs.
