Fellabom represented Noisette Investors, LLC in the sale of Storehouse 8 Building (54,000 SF) and Storehouse 9 Building (78,000 SF) located on 2.17 acres on the former Charleston Naval Base at 2154 Avenue D in North Charleston in City, South Carolina, to 89 Hobson, LLC for $1.5 million.
