Carolina One Real Estate acquires Prudential Kapp Lyons Realty

Carolina One Real Estate has acquired Edisto Island Real Estate Sales and Vacation Rental Company.  Effective immediately, Prudential Kapp Lyons Realty will operate as Carolina One Kapp Lyons Group from their current 440 Highway 174 office location.  The combination of these two successful companies will provide current and future clients with an even greater level of expertise, service and exposure for both real estate sales and vacation rentals.

Tom Kapp has lived on Edisto Island for 35 years and has practiced real estate for the past 30 years, 22 as the principal of Kapp Lyons Realty.  Carolina One Real Estate, the market leader in Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester and parts of Colleton County, has been in business since 1964, and over the past 52 years, has focused on providing an unmatched and unparalleled level of service in the real estate industry including vacation rental operations on the Isle of Palms and Folly Beach.
