Land sold in Goose Creek, SC for Dental Practice

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of one acre of land situated along Parrish Farms Drive and Carnes Crossing in Goose Creek, South Carolina.
Solomon Family Dentistry purchased the land from The Daniel Island Company for $381,000 to expand their dental practice. Dr. Michael Cox, Orthodontist, will also be occupying a second building on the property.
