Five new agents sign with Carolina One

The Mt. Pleasant Hwy 17 North location of Carolina One Real Estate Services has revealed that 5 new agents have signed on with that award winning office. Susan Matthews, Boo and Alex McGoogan, Steve Gulick and Carrie Hobbs are the newest sales associates to join the number 1 office in Mt. Pleasant and the number 2 office in all of MLS as of the close of calendar year 2015.

Susan Matthews is a Philadelphia native and a graduate of Temple University where she majored in Communications. Married with two children, Matthews was an on-air guest host for QVC, a writer and a social media consultant prior to choosing a career in real estate.
Boo (Sharon) McGoogan and her son Alex McGoogan have formed the McGoogan Real Estate team at Carolina One. Boo McGoogan graduated from Messiah College in Pennsylvania and received her Master’s degree from Appalachian State University. Prior to entering real estate she was employed by Duke Flour Daniel in Charlotte, NC. Alex McGoogan was an assistant dock master at the Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina and is currently enrolled at Charleston Southern University.
Steve Gulick spent the last 25 years as a healthcare executive and a sales and business development professional. Born in Chicago, Gulick graduated from Central College in Pella, IA where his concentration was in Communications and Political Science. Gulick and his wife have called Charleston home for the past 6 years.
A veteran of the mortgage and boating industries, Carrie Hobbs moved to Charleston in 2005. Raised in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Hobbs is a graduate of High Point University with a degree in Human Relations. Married and the mother of twin 9 year old boys, Hobbs lives in Mt. Pleasant with her children and husband Chris.
