A renovated 19th-century property South of Broad has sold for $2,175,000. Helen Geer, broker-in-charge at William Means Real Estate, closed on 26 Lamboll St. today. The listing agent is Karen Abrams with Keller Williams Realty Charleston. William Means does not disclose the names of its clients.

Built in 1830, the historic property was completely renovated in 2013, yet has maintained its Victorian charm. Situated in the middle of a deep yard, the 3,524-square-foot house has tall ceilings, hardwood floors and spacious rooms for entertaining. Several small rooms were combined to create the designer kitchen, and during the renovation, a fireplace was rediscovered and serves as a focal point.
