CHARLESTON, SC – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 2684 Rourk Street in North Charleston, South Carolina.
Penny Place Partners, LLC purchased the 3-acre parcel, which contained eight (8) individual storage units and a 10,000 square foot industrial warehouse, from Lloyd Widener for $675,000 as an investment.
