Stantec in Charleston continues to grow
February 11, 2016Alfred Manalac, PE, has returned to Stantec’s Charleston, South Carolina office from their Irvine, California office. He is a senior design engineer/project manager with more than two decades of engineering experience. Manalac’s previous experience includes providing civil engineering on a variety of projects in the Charleston area, like Bees Ferry Road Commercial Area, Berkeley Electric Cooperative Substations, Ralph H. Johnson Medical Center, and the Charleston Navigation Headquarters. Manalac has a bachelor of science in civil engineering degree and is a registered professional engineer.
Josh Mitchell, EIT, also joins Stantec as a designer in our Charleston, South Carolina office. Previously, Mitchell worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Clemson University, and provided operational analysis of ITS-based access management and online training module development for the South Carolina Department of Transportation. He is also well-versed in the development of applications of various traffic simulation models. Mitchell earned his bachelor and master of science in civil engineering degree from Clemson University.
