CHARLESTON, SC – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 245 Seven Farms Drive, Suite 150, on Daniel Island, South Carolina.
MW3 Properties, LLC purchased the 1,400 sq.ft. unit from Tax Capital Group for $285,000 as an investment. (The tenant, Un Hwa Salon is currently in negotiations to renew their lease.)
Mark Erickson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the purchaser and the seller. This marks the last retail unit available for sale or lease at the 245 Seven Farms mixed-use center.
