Retail/office condo sold in Daniel Island

CHARLESTON, SC – October 2015: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 245 Seven Farms Drive, Suite 110, in Daniel Island, South Carolina.
An undisclosed investor purchased the 1,350 sq.ft. unit from Tax Capital Group for $295,000 and will be leasing the space to I Love Juice Bar, LLC. Renovations should begin early November.
