CHARLESTON, SC – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 4251 and 4255 Spruill Avenue in Charleston, South Carolina.
BenMade LLC purchased the 5,500 sq.ft. retail property from 4251 Spruill, LLC for $429,000. Coastal Cabinets LLC., a custom cabinet company specializing in kitchen and closet renovations, will be relocating from North Charleston and will begin remodeling process in the next few months.
