CHARLESTON, SC – Scott Peevy, Broker with NAI Avant’s Charleston team, recently represented the tenant, Hendrick Automotive Group, in an office lease in Aviation Business Park VI located at 5965 Core Road in North Charleston, SC. Shep Benjamin and Bob Caldwell, both with Caldwell Commercial, represented the Landlord, Aviation Business Park VI, LLC, in the transaction. The company plans to use the ±11,409 square feet of office space as an administrative office.
