CBRE’S Charleston office grows through new hires and promotions

CHARLESTON, SC  CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate and investment firm, announced that Mary Winkle, Brooke Parongoa and Amy Smith have joined the brokerage and asset services teams in Charleston, South Carolina.

Winkle joins CBRE as an Assistant Real Estate Manager on the asset services team. She will manage a portfolio of properties under the direction of Associate Director Aimee Glover. CBRE currently manages over 2.2 million square feet of commercial properties in Charleston, SC.

Parongoa and Smith transition from roles in other service lines to brokerage services to serve sales professionals in the Charleston office as Client Service Specialists. In their new roles, Parongoa and Smith will be responsible for supporting all aspects of their team’s business including drafting marketing deliverables, property website development, transaction management, market reporting, database development and maintenance, and assisting in streamlining the team’s overall marketing strategy and process. In addition to their marketing role, they will assist with due diligence, as well as tracking and reporting investor communications.
