NAI Avant facilitates ±4,601 square foot retail lease for Half Moon Outfitters in Augusta, GA

CHARLESTON, SC – Dexter Rumsey, a member of NAI Avant’s Senior Brokerage team, recently represented the tenant, Half Moon Outfitters, in leasing ±4,601 square feet of retail space at Washington Crossing shopping center in Augusta, GA. The shopping center is anchored by Whole Foods Market and also includes DSW and Home Goods. Whitney Spangler with Colliers International represented the landlord, Washington Crossing, LLC, in the transaction.
The new Augusta location features an outdoor climbing wall as an added retail attraction and will be Half Moon Outfitters ninth store opening in the Southeast. The retailer is currently located in Mount Pleasant, Charleston, Greenville and Columbia, SC as well as Athens, Atlanta and Savannah, GA.
