CHARLESTON, SC – Dexter Rumsey, a member of NAI Avant’s Senior Brokerage team, recently represented the tenant, Ashton Charleston Residential, LLC (d/b/a Ashton Woods), in leasing ±6,753 square feet of office space at Beresford Creek Executive Center in Charleston, SC. Ashton Woods will occupy Suite 203 in the center, located at 2265 Clements Ferry Road.
Mark Mattison with Colliers International represented the landlord, Beresford Creek Executive Center, in the transaction.
