CHARLESTON, SC – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of freestanding retail property located at 258 King Street in downtown Charleston, South Carolina.
Jenel Management Corp. purchased the 6,675 sq.ft. retail property from 258 King Street, LLC for $2,800,000 as an investment, with plans for renovation.
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Charleston office handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer.
