Recruiting Solutions Opens Florence Office To Help Serve Growing Market

FLORENCE, COLUMBIA, and GREENVILLE, SC – Recruiting Solutions has opened a new office in Florence to help area employers find the most qualified, skilled employees for their businesses and industries.

Bear Revels has been promoted from Business Development Manager in Columbia to Florence Branch Manager.He’s joined there by Samantha Watson as the initial Staffing Coordinator with additional Staffing Coordinators being added within the month.

“Bear’s experience, talent and contacts make him the ideal choice to lead our expansion,” says Executive Vice President Trey Smoak. He adds that he appreciates Revels and Watson making the move from Recruiting Solutions’ Columbia and Greenville offices, respectively, to support recruiting efforts in the new Florence operation.

“We began to look at the Florence market in early 2014, and the harder we looked the more attractive Florence became,” says Debbie P. Varner, president and owner of Recruiting Solutions, noting the city’s position as the state’s fourth-largest market and favorable location at Interstates 95 and 20.

“Those factors made us feel confident in the area’s future growth,” Varner says. “We then had discussions with key members of the Florence community and decided it was the right move for our organization.”
