Kristen Nichols Elected To Board Of SCWLA

CHARLESTON, SC – Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A. announced that Kristen N. Nichols has been elected to the Board of Directors of the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association effective January 24, 2015. Ms. Nichols is based in the Charleston office and is a member of the Business Litigation team. She is a certified South Carolina Civil Court Mediator, and, in addition to her mediation practice, regularly represents banks, lenders, investors and small businesses on matters involving loan resolution, asset recovery, contract modification and renegotiation, and bankruptcy. Ms. Nichols is an active member of the Charleston chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) serving in 2015 as Vice President and President-elect for 2016.
