Lattif began his career working for three of the largest home building companies in the United States: NVR, Weyerhaeuser and Pulte. In 1995, Lattif started building highly customized homes, primarily in the suburbs of Philadelphia and in Delaware.

Recognized numerous times by his industry peers, Lattif was honored for the Best Custom Home under 6,000 square feet by the Main Line Builder’s Association in Pennsylvania. Lattif also has the distinction of building Vice President Joseph R. Biden’s home in Greenville, Delaware.
