A Quintet of Agents Chooses Carolina One in East Cooper

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC – Katherine Ann Frederick, Robyn Jones Hall, Staci Houser, Kimberly Mann and Steven Auerbach have recently placed their licenses with three of Carolina One Real Estate’s East Cooper offices.

Katherine Ann Frederick will be working from the Coleman Blvd. office while Robyn Jones Hall and Staci Houser have chosen the Mt. Pleasant Hwy. 17 North office near Brickyard Plantation.  Kimberly Mann and Steven Auerbach have opted to work at Carolina Ones office on the Isle of Palms.

A native of Baltimore, MD, Frederick is a graduate of the College of Charleston with degrees in Business Administration and Hospitality and Tourism Management.  A 10 year resident of Charleston, Frederick is a founder and commissioner of Chucktown Social Sports and Events.

Robyn Jones Hall was born in Greensboro, NC and is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to making real estate her new career, Hall was employed by First Citizens Bank.

Staci Houser, a Realtor® since 1998, has a degree in Geography and Urban Affairs from Wright State University in Dayton, OH.  Prior to affiliating with Carolina One, Houser worked in sales and marketing for  Houser Custom Homes and Remodeling.  A Short Sales and Foreclosure Intervention Specialist, Houser is a native of Dayton, OH and a 19 year resident of Charleston.

Kimberly Mann was born is Stratford, NJ and has called Charleston home for the past 20 years.  Mann has worked as a Cosmetologist and Spinning Instructor and was an Administrator for Bumblebee Landscape Services East of the Cooper.

Steven Auerbach was born in New York City and is a graduate of the University of Maryland.  Prior to moving to Charleston and embarking on a career in real estate, Auerback owned and operated the celebrated Stage Deli in New York City for 30 years.
