Coastal Structures Renovates The Brandon Agency’s Iconic Myrtle Beach Building To Help Make Way For Growth

GEORGETOWN, SC – Myrtle Beach, S.C.-based national marketing company, The Brandon Agency, has selected the Grand Strand’s Coastal Structures Corp. for a complete interior renovation to provide room for growth. The re-construction project that began in mid-Sept. is scheduled for completion no later than Jan. 2015.

While the outside of The Beach’s iconic building will stay the same, inside the 20-year-old beauty along Highway 17, it will be a whole different ballgame. Currently designed with multiple small offices mixed with large meeting spaces, the new interior design will provide an open workspace.
The remodel will feature more open space, fewer offices, and multiple meeting and contemporary company gathering spaces. In addition, the strategic design will allow for more flexibility, more people, state-of-the-art technology, and even more creativity.
