Historic King Street Commercial Building Sold for $4.2 Million
October 9, 2014CHARLESTON, SC – Buddy Bebergal and Kit Regnery of Carolina Commercial Real Estate (CCRE) announced they have finalized the sale of a two-story, 9,380 sq ft retail and apartment building at 474-476 King Street. The historic building, the street-level home to The Rarebit and Sweet 185, was purchased for $4.2 million by King Street Realty, LLC from 474-476 King LLC.
Bebergal and Regnery represented the buyer and the seller was self-represented in the transaction.
