Baker Motor Company Appointed As Authorized Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Dealer

CHARLESTON, SC – Tommy B. Baker, owner and president of Baker Motor Company of Charleston and Baker Buick GMC Cadillac, is pleased to announce the company has been appointed an official Rolls-Royce Motor Cars dealer. With only 39 Rolls-Royce Motor Cars dealerships nationwide, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Charleston will serve the entire state of South Carolina, as well as portions of North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia and Tennessee. Major cities in this region include Charleston, S.C.; Hilton Head, S.C.; Myrtle Beach, S.C.; Columbia, S.C.; Spartanburg, S.C.; Charlotte, N.C.; Wilmington, N.C., Asheville, N.C.; Augusta; Ga.; Savannah, Ga.; Bristol, Va.; Johnson City, Tenn.; Kingsport, Tenn.; and Morristown, Tenn.
Plans for a state of the art showroom are underway, and Baker is expecting the first shipment of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars to arrive in early July. Baker’s first shipments will include the Phantom Drophead Coupé displayed at the New York Auto Show, several models of the brand’s newest addition, the Wraith, and the only Pinnacle Travel Collection Phantom Extended Wheelbase destined for the United States. The Pinnacle Travel Collection Phantom will arrive in Charleston after first being showcased by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars North America at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in August 2014.
