New Medical Office Building to Kick Off Commercial Development at Carnes Crossroads

SUMMERVILLE, SC- Roper St. Francis healthcare has unveiled the plans for its new medical office building here at Carnes Crossroads! The 60,000-square foot building will be home to medical offices and outpatient facilities, including diagnostic imaging, urgent care and oncology services.
Roper St. Francis is the Lowcountry’s only private, not-for-profit healthcare provider, and its new Carnes Crossroads facility will be a convenient location to serve the needs of residents in our growing area.
When construction on the medical office building begins later this year, it will mark the beginning of commercial development along Hwy 17A here at Carnes Crossroads. Summerville and Goose Creek will see the addition of many shops, restaurants and conveniences as our community evolves. Roper St. Francis’ medical office building is expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
