At The Summit on Information Technology hosted by IT-oLogy, the keynote address was delivered by Matt Gardner, Senior Fellow for Innovation at the Bay Area Council Economic Institute.  He provides a brief, three-minute recap of the key findings of a landmark study entitled, “Technology Works”.
