CHARLESTON, SC – April 12, 2012 – Ryan Welch, and Thomas J. Buist, Jr., SIOR, Lee & Associates, represented the buyer, Raven Cliff Company, LLC, in the purchase of 1.31 acres at 1543 Ben Sawyer Blvd for the price of $300,000. 

Thomas Boulware & Dexter Rumsey, NAI Avant, represented the landlord, First Citizens Bank and Trust Company.
